Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. Please be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control.

If there are delays, please be informed its from the courier side. We packed orders within 24-48 hours and pick up by our courier.
CASH ON DELIVERY
All orders are CASH ON DELIVERY. The Delivery person will collect the money upon delivery, please make sure to prepare the exact amount and you are at home during delivery to avoid Delays and Return to Seller issues.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
It depends on our Warehouse Manager, they decide what courier service is available during that time. We usually use JRS, J & T Express and LBC Courier.
DO YOU CHARGED SHIPPING FEE?
No, all our products are free shipping.
We charged shipping cost if your order worth is 3,000 or more.
CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can still cancel your order within 12 hours.
However, we can no longer cancel orders within 24 hours in our system as we have already forwarded your order information to our warehouse manager and packaging team.
